These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Bright Light Electric and the services provided by us. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bright Light Electric provides electrical services to residential and commercial clients in Aurora, Colorado, and the surrounding Denver metropolitan area. All services are provided subject to availability and may require an on-site inspection prior to commencement.
All estimates provided by Bright Light Electric are free and non-binding. Final pricing is subject to change based on scope, site conditions, and material costs. You will be notified of any changes prior to the performance of additional work.
Service appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or our website. Clients are requested to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, checks, or other methods as communicated. Returned checks may incur additional fees.
Bright Light Electric warrants its workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the completion date. This warranty does not cover misuse, alterations by third parties, or failure due to normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bright Light Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Colorado.
